Refund Policy/退款机制:
如有特殊情况不能参加，提前一周全额退款。

If unable to attend seminar after registration. Full refund upon request within one week prior to the seminar date. 
不足一周不退款, NO REFUND ON REQUEST LESS THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT
注：所有退款要扣除手续费 $10.00 ( $10.00 processing fee apply to all refunds)
